Mr. Madden is a Partner with the firm concentrating in personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, tractor trailer accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, dog bite accidents and spinal cord injuries. Mr. Madden has extensive experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of personal injury litigation. Mr. Madden represents both individual and corporate clients at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Madden’s practice also encompasses the defense of governmental entities in all areas of Title 59 and employment related litigation in both state and federal courts, including claims of negligence, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, breach of contract, and wrongful termination.
Mr. Madden is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Madden is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association serving as the Chair of the Executive Committee of the Civil Trial Section. Mr. Madden is also a trustee of the Camden County Bar Foundation and is an active member of both the Camden County and Burlington County Bar Associations. Mr. Madden also serves as a Board Member of The Joseph Fund of Camden. Mr. Madden received his J.D. from Vermont Law School in 2002 and his B.A. from St. Michael’s College in 1997.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Madden served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Douglas T. Hague of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Middlesex County. Mr. Madden previously has been recognized as a Rising Star and Top 40 Under 40 by two New Jersey monthly magazines. Mr. Madden is also a past presenter and moderator at the New Jersey State Bar Association Annual Meetings where he spoken and moderated on Hot Tips for Hot Litigators.
Mr. Madden resides in Haddon Heights, New Jersey with his wife, Elizabeth and two children, Macie and Hattie.
