John-Paul Madden, Esquire, is President of the firm.  Mr. Madden is a graduate of Princeton University (B.A. 1992) and the Temple University School of Law (J.D. 1998 cum laude) where he was a member of the Temple Law Review.  Mr. Madden has been admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1998.  He also is admitted to practice in the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Madden has had a diverse practice.  He has extensive experience in the area of civil defense litigation in both the trial and appellate levels, including areas such as consumer fraud, professional negligence, employment, civil rights, commercial, insurance and construction.  Mr. Madden also has experience with commercial real estate litigation, real estate development, commercial and residential real estate transactional matters and commercial lending.

Mr. Madden resides in Haddon Heights, New Jersey with his wife and children where he is active in the youth sports and neighborhood organizations.
