David Madden is an Associate with the firm. His is a graduate of The Catholic University of America (B.A. History, 2004) and Rutgers School of Law – Camden (J.D. 2012). Mr. Madden is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey and New York.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Madden served as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Ana C. Viscomi of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Middlesex County. Thereafter, Mr. Madden was an associate with two insurance defense firms in Middlesex County and Camden County respectively, where he focused on personal injury, automobile negligence, construction accidents, commercial liability. Mr. Madden now concentrates on civil litigation involving personal injury, civil rights and employment claims.

Mr. Madden resides in Cherry Hill with his wife, Annie and three sons, Owen, Will and Miles.
